There is no good restaurant that does not have good patatas bravas and there cannot be a bad restaurant with good patatas bravas. Brava means wild and I believe it can be like that. More or less spicy and always with some secret ingredient in the sauce. It is quite an adventure to go around Barcelona discovering the love that restaurants put into these potatoes
